  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET
  • Typical response: within one business day
  • Weekends: we read, we don't reply until Monday — except for live order issues, which we triage on Saturday morning

Common questions, fast answers

How long does shipping take?

US orders ship within one business day via USPS Priority Mail and deliver in three to five business days. International orders ship via DHL Express (orders over $150) or USPS International (under $150) and deliver in seven to fourteen business days.

What's the return policy?

See our Returns page for current eligibility and instructions.

How do I know what size to order?

Size by your usual underwear size. The product page includes a full size chart and our "size up" or "size down" guidance based on fit feedback. If you're between sizes, write us — we'll talk you through it.

How long does the cooling insert stay cool?

A tested cooling duration has not been established for the Arctic Nut Cooling Brief. Follow the guidance supplied with your packs and read our FAQ for handling and care.

Can I get a wholesale account?

Probably — write partners@arcticnut.com with the store, the location, and the audience. We respond to wholesale inquiries within three business days.
