How shipping works.
Free US shipping. Ships in 1 business day. 3–5 days domestic, 7–14 international. Tracking included.
United States — free, fast
Every US order ships free via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery 3–5 business days with tracking. No threshold, no minimum, no fine print.
International — two tiers
Standard (USPS International): $12 flat, 7–14 business days. Recipient pays duties at delivery.
Express (DHL): Free on orders over $150, 5–7 days. Duties calculated at checkout — no surprises.
Processing
Orders before 2pm ET weekdays ship same day. Orders after 2pm Friday or on the weekend ship Monday morning.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Click the link to follow it carrier-side.
Order changes
Made a mistake at checkout? Email hello@arcticnut.com within two hours. After that, the order is in fulfillment — but you can always return it once it lands.
Lost packages
Carrier lost your package? Email us with the order number. We file the claim and ship a replacement immediately — you don't wait on the carrier investigation.
