Wear them. Sauna in them. Send them back if they don't earn the drawer. Even after a wash.
Worn product comes back. No questions.
We're confident in the build. If after a full sauna cycle the brief doesn't earn drawer space, send it back — we refund within 5–7 business days.
How to return
- Email us. Send "Return — #AN-XXXX" to hello@arcticnut.com. Tell us the order number and what you're sending back. No need to justify.
- We send the label. Within one business day, you'll get a prepaid USPS return label. Print, tape, drop at any USPS location.
- Refund processes. Once we receive the package, your refund processes within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Same process — email us. We ship the replacement at the same time the return label goes out. Free exchange shipping both ways for US.
The cooling insert
Keep it. The insert is pre-activated and pressure-tested at the factory, and hygiene rules out a return once it's been frozen or used. Send back just the brief — we won't pro-rate.
International returns
Same policy, customer covers return shipping. Email us first — we'll provide return instructions for your country. Full product refund.
Damaged or defective
Send a photo with your order number. We'll replace it — no return required, no questions.
